Within the investment side, he focuses on public equity, bond, and alternative portfolios, supports early-stage activities, and contributes to private equity management
Amanda Lindqvist
Investment Director
Amanda leads the development and execution of Adventurous Ideas’ investment strategy, focusing on private equity and fund investments.
She manages the company’s role as an LP in venture and growth funds, coordinates portfolio management with the leadership team, and evaluates new investment opportunities in line with Adventurous Ideas’ ethical and sustainability principles.
Riku Eskelinen
Director, Non-Profit Operations
Riku leads Adventurous Ideas’ collaboration with NGOs and civil society partners, developing the company’s strategy for impact partnerships and grant-making.
Building on his background as an NGO executive, he works to generate lasting social impact in line with Adventurous Ideas’ ethical and sustainability principles.
Kaarina Arokorpi
Coordinator, Non-Profit Operations
Kaarina coordinates Adventurous Ideas’ grant and partnership programmes, working closely with NGOs to strengthen projects that align with the company’s ethical and sustainability principles.
She manages the grant application process, supports the execution of partnership activities, and ensures smooth cooperation across Adventurous Ideas’ Non-Profit Operations.
